Order Changes & Exchange

  • Please double-check your order details (size, design, and quantity) before confirming your purchase.
  • Changes to your order can only be made within 6 hours of placement. After this period, we may have already processed your order.

Canceling Orders

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
  • A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value applies to all cancellations.
  • After 6 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

Non-Eligible Conditions

  • Items with minor imperfections that do not affect functionality (e.g., stray threads).
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items returned without prior approval.

Return Requirements

To initiate a return, ensure the following:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Tags must remain attached.
  • Include the following documents:
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
    • Evidence of defects (photos or videos).
    • Return shipping label/receipt (if applicable).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

Refund Process

  3. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned item.
