Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Please read our important shipping notices below:

Once your order is placed we start production within 24 hours. All items print on demand. Once shipped, you will be sent a Fedex, DHL, USPS, Yun Express tracking number.

Production time:

Depending on the product, the production time will vary depending on the complexity of the product. With normal printing products, the production time is about 1 – 2 days.

Shipping time

  • United States: 
    • Standard 3 to 5 business days: $4.95
  • Other countries: Economy International 6 to 18 business days: $12.95

Re-ship

Below cases will be considered for re-ship:

  • Customer didn’t provide us with correct address or contact information for delivery and the carrier failed on delivering the parcel
  • Shipping carrier can not contact customer for delivery several times

The parcel will be returned to our warehouse and from there we will re-ship once we received the correct address and shipping information from customer. Below re-shipping cost will be applied:

  • $7 for re-ship to US / item
  • $10 for re-ship globally / item

Please note that all above prices are in USD.

Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

We only offer single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

Can I ship to a PO box or Military APO/ FPO?

You can have your order shipped to PO boxes and military APO/ FPO.

Shipment to APOs can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered. Please note that once your parcel has entered the army area, we will not be able to update the status of shipping for security reasons.

VAT taxes will be charged?

We do not collect any tax for international shipping. All taxes and duties fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

The VAT charges may be vary according to the country. We recommend contacting your local custom officer for more information.

Order changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it can’t be modified or cancelled. If you’d wish to return a product, you’ve to start out out out out the returns procedure once you’ve received the item.

Item not received

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ) , but if the problems still persists kindly email us Mail: [email protected] we’ll try our greatest to help you.

Sometimes tracking information won’t be available. this could be due to technical issues because of which the tracking information isn’t updated on the app. In such cases, if you’re still unable to locate your item, contact us  email: [email protected]
